Studio Q&A

Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to Studio's property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or Renter's guests occupies the Studio. Damage deposits will be held until repairs can be made. If the damage exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, Renter agrees to pay reasonable, additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter agrees to pay for damage to the Studio including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, broken furniture or fixtures, painted surfaces or floors and damage to equipment.

Studio does provide the proper cleaners for this and can be found in the storage cabinet. If the Studio is not properly cleaned, a $60 cleaning fee will be charged at the Studio's discretion.

A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged if Renter chooses to reschedule or change a rental less than 48 hours of booking. Cancellations will result in the forfeit of the Renters deposit/payment. If the Studio must cancel Renter’s reservation, Renter will be given a full refund. Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the rental, such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, acts of God or emergencies. In such cases, Studio will allow a no charge reschedule or a prorated portion of Renter’s payment. Determination is up to the Studio owner. If Renter fails to show up in the first 30 minutes of their scheduled rental they will be considered a No Show and no refunds will be given.

Parking is directly in front of the main door (most parking is located on the side closest to the neighborhood).

 If renting after hours when main doors are locked, someone will arrive to let you in.

Key code will be provided day of rental and is a one time use a new code is given for each rental. Key code lock is located on the wall side closest to the main door under mail basket.
